Ingredients
  • 500 GR. red fruits (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 500 GR. fresh apricot
  • 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Peel of half a lemon
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • 200 CC. milk cream
  • 6 philo dough sheets or 1/2 package of dough strudel
  • 50 GR. melted butter
  • 100 GR. Black sugar
  • 1 greased plate
Instructions
