Ingredients
- 1/2 kg. minced meat
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons capers
- 4 Chopped pickled pickles
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, let macerate 2 hours. Take portions of the preparation and form a ring of meat rings.
- Bring to preheated oven over medium heat in an oiled dish.
- Another option, is to tip inside the ring of flesh, An egg and cook together. Serve with toast and butter.
