  • 1/2 kg. minced meat
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 tablespoons capers
  • 4 Chopped pickled pickles
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, let macerate 2 hours. Take portions of the preparation and form a ring of meat rings.
  2. Bring to preheated oven over medium heat in an oiled dish.
  3. Another option, is to tip inside the ring of flesh, An egg and cook together. Serve with toast and butter.
