  • 1/2 kg. liver
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Remove liver membrane and disposable parts. Wash it thoroughly. Dry and cut into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with oil. Broil it quickly so that it is well juicy. Remove and wipe the machine chopping meat or food processor.
  2. Take out it, place it in a bowl and sprinkle with the chopped garlic, the parsley and salt, mix well. Take the refrigerator. It serves to spread.
