Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
On the other hand
  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 200 g de Caciocavallo (Italian Cured Cheese)

Instructions
  1. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Sift the flour onto a source, make a hole in the Center, Pour the crumbled yeast into it and mix it with the milk. Pour the egg and salt over the flour circle and beat everything until you get a light dough. Leave the dough to ferment for a few minutes. 25 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic and mix it with the salt, Oil and tomatoes. The pizza is all the tastier the longer the tomatoes remain covered in the oil.
  3. Heat oven to 220 degrees. With your hands, Form a round base of sourdough and place it on the baking tray. Spoon the tomato mixture over the dough base.
  4. Pitting the olives, Cut them in half and scatter on top along with the oregano. Pour the crumbled cheese on top and cook the sfincione for a few minutes. 15 minutes to half-height.
  5. Removing it from the oven, Drizzle it with olive oil.
