Ingredients
  • 200 g flour
  • 10 g pressed yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
On the other hand
  • 8 fleshy tomatoes
  • 100 g sliced cheese
  • 10 Anchovy fillets in oil (canned)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
For the oven tray
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Spread a baking tray with oil. Sift the flour over a dish and make a hole in the center. Mix the crumbled yeast with the sugar, milk and a little flour. Let this previous dough ferment 15 minutes.
  2. Knead the previous dough with the total flour, three tablespoons of oil and salt. Spread the dough forming two equal round bases and place them on the tray. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Peel and halve the tomatoes and put them on the pizzas. Cut the cheese slices into squares and distribute them together with the anchovies between the tomatoes. Spread the oregano over, Spray with the rest of the oil and let others ferment 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the pizzas 40 minutes to half-height. Serve hot.
