Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 40 g pressed hard cam
- 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar

Instructions
- Spread a baking tray with butter or margarine. Sift the flour in a dish and make a hole in the center. Shred the yeast in it and knead it together with the milk and a little flour. Let the previous dough ferment 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter, mix it with the egg, salt and sugar and work together with the rest of the flour until a dry sourdough is obtained. Let others ferment 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces of 50 g and, with floured hands, Forming balls. Make with the balls strips of some 50 cm long, screw them up spirally, Form a circle and close it with a knot.
- Place the nests on the oven tray, Paint them with the yolk beaten and put an egg in the center of each one. Let ferment 10 minutes.
- Heat oven to 210 degrees. Cooking the nests 15-20 minutes at the average height of the oven. Paint eggs with watercolors or crayons once cooked.
