Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 40 g's pressed hard cam
- 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar
On the other hand
- 1 egg yolk
- 18 eggs (cooked 5 minutes)

- butter or margarine
Instructions
- Brush a baking sheet with butter or margarine. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Crumble the yeast and Knead together with milk and a little flour. Leave to ferment the dough prior 15 minutes.
- Melt the butter, mix with the egg, salt and sugar and work together with the rest of the flour until you get a dry sourdough. Let ferment others 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces of 50 g and, with floured hands, form balls. Do with balls a few strips 50 cm long, thread onto spiral, form a circle and close it with a knot.
- Place the nests on the oven tray, paint them with beaten egg yolk and lay an egg in the center of each. Leave to ferment 10 minutes.
- Heat oven to 210 degrees. Cook the nests 15-20 the average height of the oven minutes. Paint with watercolours or crayons once cooked eggs.
