Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 40 g pressed hard cam
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 18 eggs (cooked 5 minutes)

Instructions
  1. Spread a baking tray with butter or margarine. Sift the flour in a dish and make a hole in the center. Shred the yeast in it and knead it together with the milk and a little flour. Let the previous dough ferment 15 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter, mix it with the egg, salt and sugar and work together with the rest of the flour until a dry sourdough is obtained. Let others ferment 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into pieces of 50 g and, with floured hands, Forming balls. Make with the balls strips of some 50 cm long, screw them up spirally, Form a circle and close it with a knot.
  4. Place the nests on the oven tray, Paint them with the yolk beaten and put an egg in the center of each one. Let ferment 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oven to 210 degrees. Cooking the nests 15-20 minutes at the average height of the oven. Paint eggs with watercolors or crayons once cooked.
