Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 strawberry jam g
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, some Corinthian raisins

Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a baking tray. Sift the flour in a dish. make a hole in the center and knead in it the shredded yeast with a little sugar, a little flour and milk.
