In Mexico, almost all the dishes are cooked with chiles and but are accompanied with them. But one of my Mexican dishes favorite are green enchiladas, they are delicious, easy to do and above all very Mexican.   • - 1 kg of tomato
  • - 13 tree chilies or serrano
  • - 1/2 kg of panela cheese
  • - 1/4 of cream
  • - 1 Onion
  • - 1 clove of garlic
  • - Water
  • - Tortillas (3 by person)
  1. Peel tomatoes
  2. In a pan, boil the peeled tomatoes with the 13 tree chilli and add enough water to cover the tomatoes and chiles.
  3. When are cooked in tomatoes and chiles, pulling the water.
  4. In a blender put tomatoes and chiles and add the garlic clove and blend until a thick paste.
  5. In a saucepan, add one tablespoon of oil until the oil to burn.
