Ingredients
- 800 g of sirloin
- 1 green lemon
- 100 g Parmesan cheese in a piece
- 6 tablespoons of Virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 150 g mushrooms
- 125 g arugula
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wrap the meat in cooking film and harden it 20 minutes in the freezer. With a sharp knife or a cheese cutter make shavings the parmesan.
- Cut the lemon into slices and half of the peel into thin strips. Cut the meat into slices as thin as possible and the mushrooms into slices.
- Arrange the slices of meat in the cold dishes and on top the mushrooms, Season with salt and pepper and spray with oil. Spread over the capers and some strips of lemon peel and sprinkle with the parmesan. Garnish with lemon.
- Accompany with a little arugula seasoned with salt, Lemon and oil.
