- 2 CDAS. peeled sunflower seeds
- 3 CDAS. Aloe Vera gel
Instructions
- It is in the Blender, the Apple with the water and Aloe Vera gel. Add honey, the sunflower seeds and blend everything very well. A glass is taken in the morning and one in the afternoon.
