Ingredients
  • 20 fresh prawns
  • 1 fresh corn
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green onion (Green part)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 2 files
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed chile
  • 1 teaspoon of Sesame
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • Salt and black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel the prawns, leaving only the shell of the tail. Remove the venita covering the loin by inserting a wooden stick. Wash thoroughly, place in a bowl and set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Grilled corn, leave to cool and shell. Mix with shrimp and add the onion cut into very thin slices, tomato cubes (without seed), green onions in slices, the celery (peeled using a potato peeler) in slices, and Seedless lime wedges.
  3. Add lemon juice, chopped chili, sesame oil, 3 tablespoons corn oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients and serve in cups or glasses clear. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
