Ingredients
- 1 Tin of condensed milk
- 5 eggs (separate egg whites from yolks)
- 1 Peach jelly box to prepare 1 liter
- 1 1/2 cups of boiling water
- 4 peaches in syrup
Instructions
- Place the milk condensed into a blender and add the egg yolks, blending to integrate. Dissolve the gelatine of peaches in the water boiling and book. Whipping egg whites nougat.
- Empty milk condensed with the egg yolks in a bowl, Add the dissolved gelatin and stir. Add the whites on the verge of nougat and incorporate into the mixture gently with a balloon whisk.
