Azi am facut un tort de morcovi cu glazura de mascarpone, adică, un morcov cu crema de branza mascarpone tort.
Îmi place foarte mult acest tort pentru ca e foarte picant scortisoara, nucsoara si ghimbir si -mi place această combinaţie.
Tort de morcovi are un gust foarte caracteristice, delicioase şi este perfect pentru cei care nu sunt foarte iubitoare dulce toate sunt avantaje!!
