Banana ice cream

Directions

1Peel the bananas and put them in the blender.

2Add powdered sugar and some fresh lemon juice (one lemon is enough) and blend.

3Beat whipped cream and vanilla powder in a separate bowl and add it to the blended banana mixture.

4Stir carefully and put the mixture in the freezer to harden.

Ingredients

4 bananas

200 grams of powdered sugar

1 vanilla powder

fresh lemon juice

2,5 dcl cups of whipped cream
