Pancakes Stuffed With Yogurt And Berries

Someone likes pancakes with meat or other salty fillings, but i am crazy about sweet pancakes stuffed with berries and greek yogurt. I make them quite frequently – once every two weeks or so for a couple of years already. This is probably one of the few regular meals with a solid place in our home kitchen menu. In fact, these pancakes are kids best dessert too!

  • Cook: 1 HR 25 mins

1We begin with the pastry. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the ingredients in the following order – milk, sugar, flour. Beat it after each addition to prevent lumps forming

2Bake the pancakes

3Mix yogurt and berries (large strawberries can be cut into 2-3 pieces)

4Stuffed the pancakes with the mix

5Before serving sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and decorate with fresh berries



Eggs – 6 pcs

Milk – 1 cup

Flour – 2 cups

Sugar – 1 tsp

Vegetable oil – 40 ml

Strawberries – 500g

Blueberries – 240g

Raspberries – 240g

Strawberry yogurt of choice (greek) – 340g

Powdered sugar – to taste
