Mango-peach pizza

1Peel the skin from peach and mango, then slice.

2Now saute in a skillet along with sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice and rum. You have to be careful to not mangle the fruit!

3Brush maple syrup over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon all over.

4Arrange fruit on the top and brush with more maple syrup and the fond (left over from the pan we use to saute fruits).

5Now put pizza into the oven (i preheated the oven for about a half hour at around 420-450 degrees farenheit).

6Pizza should be baked after six minutes and the raised up like a pie.

Dough – make thicker pizza than normally, because it’s better when looks like more like pie than pizza.
