  • 1 liter of skim milk
  • 4 CS of nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 CS and 1/2 gelatin unflavored light
  • 1/2 Cup of hot water
  • 1 No aspartame sweetener cs
  • 1 pot of yogurt flavor vanilla
  1. Pint of skim milk is boiled with the 4 skim milk powder, stirring every so, boiled 2 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, We are placing the unflavored gelatin in 1/2 Cup of hot water, stir, We hydrate.
  3. Once already this boiled milk, We put in a container,Tupperware, Bowl, Bowl, We add the hydrated gelatine and the sweetener aspartame without CS, Let stand....
  4. When check that the milk does not burn add 1 pot of low fat vanilla yogurt. Stir well until smooth.
  5. Cover it with plastic wrap.
  6. Cover well with kitchen towel, or any fabric that give you heat, leave it in the microwave all night... with the closed microwave.
  7. The next morning we remove it open it and place on dessert pots or directly to leave it in the same container, We put it in the refrigerator to cool for a few hours and then it is ready to enjoy it.
