  • A bottle of whole milk of 1,5 litres
  • 1 Natural yogurt, preferable to be yogurt Greek type (so you a little thicker stay)
  • 10 tablespoons of sugar
  1. Milk bottle we took as a glass of milk more or less and leave it for other uses (or drink it)
  2. You carefully enter the yogurt and sugar in milk bottle. Well tops it with its lid and shake it during 1 minute, well moving the bottle, so to mix it all.
  3. Enter the bottle to the microwave and put it at maximum power for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the bottle from the microwave, again stir for one minute more, and enter again once again the bottle in the micro for 1 minute at maximum power.
  5. Remove the bottle from the micro, give the last shake the bottle, you cover it with two thick dishcloths and put it in the oven (cuidadín, with oven) during the night 8-10 hours.
  6. In the morning you take out of the oven and put it in the fridge to cool at least 3 hours and can already savour your drunk yogurt.
