Ingredients
  • 4 leeks
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 200 ml. cream
  • 6 medidas de leche
  • Salt, pepper
Instructions
  1. En el vaso de la Thermomix, poner la parte blanca de los puerros y trocearlos a velocidad 7-10. A continuación añadir la mantequilla y programar 8 minutes, 100º, speed 1. Seguidamente añadir las patatas troceadas, la nata líquida, milk, la sal y un poco de pimienta. Programar la Thermomix a velocidad 1, temperatura 100º durante 20 minutes. Se puede servir fría o caliente.
Notes
  • Suggestion: acompañar con unos picatostes caseros.
