Scallops with chive flowers



* Scallops 400 GR, * Salt fine c/n, Mango dressing (low acidity vinegar), * Juice of 1 Lima, * chive flowers and sprigs of chives c/n, * C/n crushed ice.

In a bowl, mix gourmet mango dressing, salt and lime juice, spray with this preparation the scallops in the Lake, Add chives flowers and serve over crushed ice and garnish with sprigs of chives.

Tip: Ice helps when it comes to the service to maintain the good condition of food especially seafood.
