Ingredients
  • 60g butter, molten
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 smashed garlic cloves
  • 6 green onions sliced
  • 450g of mushrooms(Thistle, tickets)
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley fresh chopped, and another bit to decorate
  • 1/3 Cup of yogurt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 ' C. Grease with butter 8 muffin moulds of 1/2 Cup capacity each. Put dough sheets one on another and cut them in 6 equal rectangular portions. Separate the leaves of each portion and paint them with melted butter. Put into each mold 3 of these sheets, overlapping them by corners and put the tray in the oven during 5-10 minutes, until the dough is golden and crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté to fire half the garlic with the onion during 2-3 minutes; Add mushrooms, chopped if they are large, and sauté them with others 5 minutes until they are soft and tender. Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley.
  3. Fill the glass shades with lightly sautéed mushrooms, put a little yogurt over and then the rest of the parsley. Sirvalas with a salad.
