Ingredients
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 Cup of milk
  • butter for greasing
Instructions
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Mix the flour in the blender. eggs and milk.
  3. Continue whisking until ingredients mix well and no lumps form. You can also mix manually; pour the flour, eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk with a chin until there are lumps.
  4. Grease the pan with butter and pour two tablespoons of the mixture. Move the pan so that the dough is spread across the bottom.
  5. Cook the pancake 1 minute, until it browns and turns it over with a foamer. Let it cook for another minute. When both sides are golden brown, take it out and place it on a plate, cover it with a cloth and keep it warm.
  6. Perform the same operation with the rest of the dough, greasing the pan when needed.
