Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • 2 teaspoons butter
Instructions
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Drop the eggs into a bowl and add the water. Whisk them with a fork to mix the whites and yolks well
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan until foam form. Move the pan so that the butter is spread throughout the base.
  4. Carefully pour in the eggs and cook them over medium heat until curdled, tilting the pan gently to keep them moving
  5. Use a foamer to fold the tortilla and slide it over a plate. Serve immediately.
Filled
    You can make a filling and add it to the tortilla before folding it. Here are some suggestions
    • 1 slice of ham fried bacon, Chopped.
    • 6 mushrooms in laminas, slices in two teaspoons butter.
    • 2 tablespoons grated cheese.
