Rub the bottom of a large skillet with half of the butter and place it over high heat. When it is very brave, pour egg mixture into it and proceed to make the tortilla. Place the tortilla in the round dish to heat that will be at the table. Distribute over tomato, anchovy fillets, cheese strips, pepper (cut into strips) and the oregano and introduce a few minutes in a hot oven until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
Potato flakes for puree can be replaced by 8 tablespoons of oats or corn flour.
