Ingredients for the cake
  • 8 eggs
  • 240 GRS. flour
  • 240 GRS. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Ingredients for the filling
  • 1 condensed milk jar
  • 1 evaporated milk jar
  • 1 jar of 250 grams of cream
  • 6 clear
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar flower (for the meringue)
Cake preparation
  1. Whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar until they are well-yellow.
