Ingredients for the base
- 200 GR. all-purpose flour
- 100 GR. cold butter
- 50 GR. ground sugar
- 1 egg
Ingredients for the cream
- 400 GR. White cheese
- 100 GR. milk cream
- 50 GR. cornstarch
- 100 GR. sugar
- 100 GR. Seedless raisins
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 clear
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
Instructions
- Prepare the base by mixing the butter with the flour until it is like sand, cut a hole in the Center and add the sugar and the one everything without kneading. Stretch the dough and place it in a mold of 26 cm. diameter. Place in hot oven for 10 minutes.
For cream
