Ingredients for the base
  • 200 GR. all-purpose flour
  • 100 GR. cold butter
  • 50 GR. ground sugar
  • 1 egg
Ingredients for the cream
  • 400 GR. White cheese
  • 100 GR. milk cream
  • 50 GR. cornstarch
  • 100 GR. sugar
  • 100 GR. Seedless raisins
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 clear
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  1. Prepare the base by mixing the butter with the flour until it is like sand, cut a hole in the Center and add the sugar and the one everything without kneading. Stretch the dough and place it in a mold of 26 cm. diameter. Place in hot oven for 10 minutes.
For cream
