Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 TZ of flour
- 2 TZ. cocoa
- 1 TZ. sugar
- 1 Tin condensed milk
- 1 Tin evaporated milk
- 1 TSP. baking powder
- 1 TSP. vanilla
- 1/2 grated chocolate bar (100 Gr.)
- 1 TZ. oil
- 1 TZ. ice water
- 1 TZ. delicacy of milk
Mass
- Beat the eggs and, to go climbing merengue, gradually add the sugar. After beating 10 minutes, Add the flour little by little, a cup of cocoa and baking powder.
- Add the oil and water. Place in a greased with butter and floured mold. Place the preheated oven to 175 Celsius for one hour. Remove and let cool.
Sauce
- Bring to a boil in a pot the evaporated milk, condensed and another Cup of cocoa. Let boil until it thickens, a few 25 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Decoration
- Cut the cake in half and fill with chocolate sauce and the delicacy of milk. Reassemble it. Bathe it with more chocolate sauce and grated chocolate.
- Put the rest of the sauce in a gravy boat.
