This cheese cake consists of a mass of yeast soaked with milk and butter. On the other hand, noteworthy is its delicious filling composed of cream cheese, small pieces of butter and sugar.

250 grams of butter
1 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 Cup of milk
1 cup sugar
400 grams of cream cheese
50 grams of fresh yeast
Put in a bowl the flour mixed with salt.
Form a Crown, and in the Center, place yeast, to which we must soak with a little milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let stand for a few 5 minutes.
Then, soak with the remaining milk and 50 grams of butter; form a soft dough. Let the dough rest about 15 minutes in a warm place.
After the 15 minutes, knead the dough in order to remove the air. Therefore divide the dough in 3 equal parts.
In a suitable baking dish place a part of the stretched dough (its thickness must be a 2 cm approximately). On top of the same add cubes of cream cheese, other cubes of butter, and sprinkle with sugar.
Incorporate the other part of the stretched dough, and repeat the previous step.
Now, cover with the last part of the mass that we, put some cubes of butter, and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Leave a little leavening the mass (20 minutes). Place in preheated oven. The cooking time will be about 40/50 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares.
