INGREDIENTS
    FOR THE BASE OF COOKIES
    • 125 g of light vanilla cookies
    • 1 teaspoon of sweetener in powder (bottle)
    • 1 teaspoon of zest of Orange
    • 3 tablespoons of margarine light 0% TRANS. at room temperature
    • Vegetable spray.
    FOR THE FILLING
    • 190 CC. of cream 0%
    • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
    • 400 g low-fat white cheese
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
    • 1/3 Cup of granulated sweetener
    • 3 tablespoons of Strawberry Jam BC
    FOR THE COVER
    • 250 grams of red fruits, yams
    • 3 tablespoons of dietary clarified Strawberry Jam
    PREPARATION
    1. Place crackers broken into the bowl of the food processor and process until fine crumbs.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process for 1 minute.
