  • 50 GR. White raisins
  • 50 GR. Black raisins
  • 150 GR. shelled walnuts
  • 250 GR. candied orange peel
  • 1/2 Whiskey Cup
  • 200 GR. butter soft
  • 1 pressed Cup of brown sugar
  • 250 GR. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 clear whites to snow
  • 200 GR. coverage chocolate
  • Marzipan stars to decorate
  1. Place the raisins in a bowl, thick split nuts, peels of oranges cut into slices, Sprinkle with whisky and leave them in maceration.
  2. In another bowl mix with a wire whisk, the butter with the brown sugar and the egg yolks, Add all fruits with their little juices from soaking, then the flour sifted with powder for baking.
