Ingredients
- 50 GR. White raisins
- 50 GR. Black raisins
- 150 GR. shelled walnuts
- 250 GR. candied orange peel
- 1/2 Whiskey Cup
- 200 GR. butter soft
- 1 pressed Cup of brown sugar
- 250 GR. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 clear whites to snow
- 200 GR. coverage chocolate
- Marzipan stars to decorate
Instructions
- Place the raisins in a bowl, thick split nuts, peels of oranges cut into slices, Sprinkle with whisky and leave them in maceration.
- In another bowl mix with a wire whisk, the butter with the brown sugar and the egg yolks, Add all fruits with their little juices from soaking, then the flour sifted with powder for baking.
- Beat the egg whites to snow and add to mixture. Place in a mould with cone in the Middle (Savarin). Cook in a moderate oven 1 time.
- Unmolding on rack and cool very well. Bathe with coverage chocolate cake and decorate with stars of marzipan or Royal icing, sprinkled with chopped candied fruit.
