Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup of corn starch (30 (g).)
  • 1 Cup self-raising flour (120 (g).)
  • 2 cups of chopped onions chiquititas in speed 3 ½
  • 1 Cup grated cheese (at speeds 5-7-9)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 Cup of buttery cheese cut into small cubes
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Put in the glass of the Thermomix with the sieved flour corn starch.
  2. Add onions and grated cheese and add eggs one at a time mixing well in speed 2 ½.
  3. Add the milk, oil, the cheese and season with salt and pepper and continue programming speed 2 ½.
  4. Put the preparation in a detachable greased and floured pan of 22 cm in diameter.
  5. Oven Cooking regularly until it is cooked, more or less half an hour.
Notes
  • Serve hot or cold.
