Ingredients
    For the dough
    • 1 ½ Cup flour
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 3 cuchararones soup with water
    For the filling
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 300 g of minced veal
    • 2 spoons of flour
    • ¼ Cup milk (60 ml)
    • 2 ripe bananas sliced
    • 3 Sausages
    • Pepper to taste
    • 1 egg beaten
    Preparation
    1. For the dough: In the processor, beat all the ingredients until it is in the form of mass. Remove the processor and knead. Make a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Reservation.
    2. For the filling: In a frying pan, Saute onion in olive oil. Add the meat and FRY for 5 minutes, Add the flour, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Add the milk, stir and let it cool.
    3. Stretch the dough and line 4 cans of 10 cm in diameter (reserve a little of the pasta to cover them cakes).
    4. Spread half filling in each prepared pan and again, arrange banana slices.
    5. Cover each pan with remaining dough and press edges with a fork to seal well. Brush with egg and bake in moderate oven (180° C), 30 minutes more or until golden brown.
