Ingredients
  • 8 slices of gluten-free bread
  • 1/2 La Lechera condensed milk can
  • A tablespoon of cornmeal
  • One egg and three buds
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Powdered cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Condensed milk is dissolved in 1/4 litre of water.
  2. Then we separate the crust from the slices of bread, We cut them into four pieces and soak them in half the milk.
  3. The yolks are then mixed with the dissolved cornmeal in a little cold water and the rest of the milk, and gets on the THERMOMIX programming 80 degrees at speed 4 during 7 minutes approximately, until the cream thickens (depends on how cold the milk is and if it looks necessary it gets 2 minutes more).
  4. It is left to cool and spread over half the slices of bread.
  5. They are covered with the rest of the slices, are passed by beaten egg and fried in plenty of hot oil (to keep us from getting oily, We'll put them to drain on absorbent paper)
  6. Finally sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
