Ingredients
- · 4 Tomatoes (tomatoes) large
- · 1 Tin of 500 g. of living natural
- · 1 Sprig of celery, peeled and chopped.
- · 1 Onion, finely chopped
- · 1 Pepper (paprika) Green, chopped
- · ½ Tablespoon of juice (juice) lemon
- · A few drops of Worcester sauce
- · 1 Lettuce
- · Salt
- · Pepper
- · 4 Slices of lemon
Instructions
- The first step that must of done is, drain the salmon well and pour it over a bowl, Remove thorns. Add celery, Onion and the pepper chopped, mix and then add the oil, lemon juice, the Worcester sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well and go to the refrigerator.
- Then with the part of the stem down, cut each tomato in four, taking into account that it did not reach to separate it from the base. Slightly open quarters, and season.
- Then, put in the central hole of each tomato, salmon mixture, distributing it.
- To culminate, put lettuce leaves, well washed and dried, on individual plates or on a platter. On these, place tomatoes and garnish with a lemon twist
