  1. The first step that must of done is, drain the salmon well and pour it over a bowl, Remove thorns. Add celery, Onion and the pepper chopped, mix and then add the oil, lemon juice, the Worcester sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well and go to the refrigerator.
