  • 2 beautiful fillets of veal
  • 1 beautiful Pork fillet
  • 150 GR. Basmati rice
  • 2-3 spoons sake
  • 2-3 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 pinch of fresh ginger
  • zest of an orange
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 20-30 Jamaica pepper grains
  • black pepper
  • water
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • parsley
  1. Cut the fillets of beef and pork into strips, salpimenta and reserve.
  2. Mix in a bowl the sake, brown sugar, Orange Zest, a little grated ginger, a bit of oil, salt and black pepper. Add meat and let marinate for half an hour. Drain and reserve.
  3. Dora the cloves of garlic with a little oil in a pan. When browned add the rice and then add water (measurement of rice and a little more). Season and one kitchen 10 minutes. Passed this time, Let it rest 4-5 minutes.

  5. It is placed in a dish with garlic rice. Set the meat aside and pour the sauce reduced by over. Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
