Creamy tiramisu with Marsala, Zest of Orange and grated Chocolate

This is a delicious version of Tiramisu that is prepared very easily. It takes fewer steps than the traditional and surprises with the flavor that gives the touch of the Marsala.

  • 16 vanilla
  • 400 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 GR of sugar
  • 350 g of milk cream
  • 100 GR of hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 100 GR of grated chocolate
  • Zest of an orange
For the syrup
  • 180 cm3 of Marsala El Abuelo
  • 200 GR of sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
  1. STEP 1
  2. Prepare a syrup with the Marsala and sugar. Add the teaspoon of instant coffee, and cool.
  3. In a container (the source we use has 20 x 15 and 4 high approx.) make a base with part of the vanilla, and embed with a little of the syrup of coffee and Marsala.
  4. STEP 2
  5. Mix the yolks with the sugar over a double boiler until this sparkling sake. Book.
  6. Whip the cream until it is you half a point (very strong nor very liquid).
  7. Join the mascarpone with egg yolks and sugar mixture, and then with the cream to half a point.
  8. Cover the first layer of vanilla with part of this cream and hazelnuts.
  9. Repeat layers ending with a mascarpone cream finish.
  10. STEP 3
  11. At the end, grate the chocolate fall as rain on the creamy layer, then sprinkle with zest of Orange cascaritas.
  12. Chill it, at least 4 hours.
