Grapefruit 1 Orange 2 Avocado 2 Shrimp 200 GR Ciboullete c/n Salt and pepper c/n Mango dressing 30 CC Olive oil 50 CC.
Peel the Orange and grapefruit to live, make avocado balls, Add lemon juice and reserve. Saute the shrimp in a wok with olive oil. Prepare a vinaigrette with salt and pepper, the mango dressing and olive oil and add the rest of ingredients. Serve warm and garnish with chives.
