  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup tomato puree
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 cups of peanuts roasted and processed
  • 1 Cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tooth of garlic chopped
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and stir well. Add the tomatoes by sieve. Cook the sauce until it thickens.
  2. Mix well with other ingredients. Put the preparation in an oiled mold, lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cook the bread around 1 hour at moderate temperature.
