Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 Cup tomato puree
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups of peanuts roasted and processed
- 1 Cup of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tooth of garlic chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and stir well. Add the tomatoes by sieve. Cook the sauce until it thickens.
- Mix well with other ingredients. Put the preparation in an oiled mold, lined with parchment paper.
- Cook the bread around 1 hour at moderate temperature.
