Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 TSP. yeast powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 kg. sliced tomatoes
  • 3 CDAS. grated Parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley
  • pepper, salt and oregano
Instructions
  1. Mix the flour with the lightly beaten egg, the yeast, 3 CDAS. butter and a pinch of salt.
  2. Gradually incorporate the milk until the dough has consistency, to extend it.
  3. Knead, then, with your hands and extend with the pigeon. Line up a cake pan with it.
  4. Arrange tomato slices on the dough in concentric circles. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and chopped parsley and sprinkle some pieces of butter.
  5. Cook in a hot oven for about half an hour.
