Probably one of those desserts recipes most popular and made the world's pineapple and cream pie, not only for being one of the most traditional, but ultimately for their simplicity in preparing it at home. Its ingredients are simple, at the same time that their steps are easy to follow. It becomes in fact a perfect recipe for the season in which we find ourselves, in which heat is the hallmark, and we need to eat food, recipes and drinks that help us refresh ourselves, and to mitigate the heat that we feel every day. Ingredients
  • 1 pot of cream for mounting of 1 liter
  • 1 large can of pineapple in syrup
  • 1 package sandwiched cookies
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, we are going riding cream with mixer arm.
  2. Open the can of pineapple and drain the syrup.
  3. We reserve the syrup to go to wet cookies.
  4. We take a mold to go riding tart.
  5. At the base of the cake we put a layer of biscuits that we have previously soaked in the pineapple syrup.
  6. We will make the next layer of cream and the next pineapple.
  7. We continue riding the layers in the same order to put an end to the ingredients or give you the height you want.
Notes
  • If the last layer is cream you can decorate to your taste.
