This is one of the most delicious cakes to my taste, and that of several people who have tried it. It's easy to do, Does not require many ingredients; and the best: You won't regret doing it!! Below I pass the list of necessary ingredients and a step-by-step explanation, so that doing it is as pleasant as when trying it.

Ingredients
- 2 Cake discs (puff pastry)
- 5 Artichokes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 Pepper Red
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams of grated cheese
Instructions
- Boil the artichokes during 30-40 minutes.
- Once they are cold, Scrape leaf by sheet with a knife the tender part, until we meet the heart of the artichoke (We must remove the "hairs" that have in the middle).
- Sauté the finely chopped onion, along with the sweet red pepper, and we add the part that was extracted from the artichoke. We add then, beaten eggs with grated cheese, and salt and pepper (to taste).
- Fill the disc and cover. Finally, We make the repulgue to this cake, and we take it to a moderate oven for a few 30-40 minutes.
