Ingredients
  • 1 prepared puff pastry sheet
  • 1 little beaten egg
  • 4 chopped chives
  • 2 grated carrot cups
  • 1 cup of chopped brécol
  • 3/4 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 Tin of 300 g of corn
  • 2 little beaten eggs
  • 1/4 instant couscous cup
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220oC. Prepare 4 jars of 1 cup of capacity each.
  2. Take the puff pastry out 4 circles of diameter slightly larger than jars; pinch them over several sites with a fork, varnish them with beaten egg and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with vegetable paper. Bake them 10 minutes, or until they swell and golden. Take them out of the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 180oC.
  3. While baking the puff pastry, mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and repair the mixture in the jars, tighten it tight and smooth the surface. Bake them during 15 minutes and serve with the puff pastry on top.
Notes
  • To bake the buns in the microwave, cover the dough with paper napkins and bake it to maximum power for 3 minutes; Wait 1 minute, bake them others 3 more and let them rest again 1 minute. At last, bake them 2 o 3 more minutes, or until they swell and are done.
