Ingredients
- 3 slices of ham or bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 fine chopped paprika (Optional)
- ½ kg. Asparagus (frozen or fresh) chopped into pieces
- 1 mushrooms laminated tray
- ¼ Cup white wine
- 1 small pot of cream
- 4 cuch. grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
To prepare the pasta
- 1 noodle package of 500 GRS.
- 8 to 9 cups of boiling water
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Instructions
- Put Bacon in a bowl covered from 2 ½ to 3 min. to the 100%. Add the onion and paprika, mixing and uncovered gets to the 100% by 3 min., half-time removed.
- Add asparagus, is plug to the 100% by 4 min. (When they are fresh they leave 5 min.). Add mushrooms, wine, salt and pepper. It mixes well, cover and the 100% by 2 min. Add the cream and grated cheese, It binds well and it rests covered.
