Ingredients
- 1 1/2 very good quality fish pound
- 1 Cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups of water
- a pinch of thyme, Laurel, paprika, salt and pepper
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons cake powder
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- 1- Grease a mould and for safe place at the bottom a foil or something similar.
- 2- Put the amntequilla in a pan and add the flour little by little; then add salt and pepper; boil; Add beaten yolks and remove from the fire
- 3- Aside to cook fish with laurel, thyme, Onion salt and pepper
- 4- Cook only 12 minutes, (not more than 12)
- 5- drain and crumble, Add the white sauce, so the chopped parsley, paprika and lemon juice, pour cake powder, mix carefully
- 6- Whisk the egg whites gently mix
- 7- Have the cooker pressure with a bit of water that reaches the mold half
- 8- Place the mould and metal in the pressure cooker lid
- 9- Cover the pot and let it beep 15 minutes. Not immediately uncover; Let it soak for a while, then remove the mould and des mold the fish soufflé
