  • 1 tray mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 Cup fresh cream, whipped
  • Sprinkle grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon of white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Place the mushrooms, chopped in a plastic bag with white wine, closed and punctured.
  2. Bring to the microwave 2 minutes to the 100%.
  3. Melt margarine 45 seconds to the 100% in a jug. Then pour the flour, salt and pepper with half of the milk and beat until frothy.
  4. Put in the microwave 2 minutes to the 50%.
  5. Remove and add the rest of the milk with a little of the juice from cooking the mushrooms.
  6. Remove and reposition the microwave 2 minutes to the 50% (or until it thickens).
  7. Mix the sauce with crushed mushrooms and add the cup of whipped cream. Stir well.
  8. Apart beat the egg whites snow with a pinch of salt. Then add the egg yolks and continue beating.
  9. Mix this mixing with the mushroom mixture and stir surround shape.
  10. Enmantequillar the source and drain batter distributed evenly. Then sprinkle grated cheese and take to the microphone of 6 to 8 minutes to the 70%.
  11. Check that this half-hard to the touch.
  12. Let stand 2 o 3 minutes and spread on dishes accompanied by slices of cooked and marinated carrot.
  • All times are for microwave of 1000 Watts. If you have less, It's okay. Just increase the times and check the cooking
