  • 3/4 melon pulp
  • 4 DL water
  • 1/4 Kg of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g of raspberries
For the sauce
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 DL water
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  1. To prepare the sorbet, place in a pan with the sugar water. Cook over low heat until a light syrup.
  2. Melon pulp through the mixer and add the syrup, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
  3. Place the preparation in a tray and place it in the freezer for 8 minimum hours (Remove and beat with sticks three times.)
For the sauce
  1. place sugar and water in a pan, the lemon juice and the jenjible. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
  2. Serve the sorbet into glasses with the raspberries and sauce.
