Ingredients
- 3/4 melon pulp
- 4 DL water
- 1/4 Kg of sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g of raspberries
For the sauce
- 100 g sugar
- 3 DL water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
- To prepare the sorbet, place in a pan with the sugar water. Cook over low heat until a light syrup.
- Melon pulp through the mixer and add the syrup, lemon juice and pinch of salt.
- Place the preparation in a tray and place it in the freezer for 8 minimum hours (Remove and beat with sticks three times.)
For the sauce
- place sugar and water in a pan, the lemon juice and the jenjible. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Serve the sorbet into glasses with the raspberries and sauce.
