Ingredients
- A medium-sized watermelon (3 kg. + or -)
- 2 natural yoghurt
- 150 GRS.Azucar
- 2 egg whites
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Open the watermelon to a quarter of its height (After serving in the watermelon sorbet). Empty the pulp with a spoon and remove all the

- Putting watermelon pulp in the Blender, the yogurt and sugar. Beat very little (only to mix without arriving to take water). Put the mixture in a high container (best plastic and rectangular). Put it in the freezer four hours, stirring occasionally with a fork.
- When it is half-crystallized, beat the egg whites very firm with a pellizquito of salt and mix very well with the freezer. Return it to

- Fill the watermelon with the ice cream and serve garnished with some waffles or fresh mint leaves.
