Ingredients
  • 4 dried Chinese mushrooms
  • 250 g of pork minced
  • 125 g of prawn tails, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 chillers, fine lyanes
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated fine
  • 2 tablespoons of water chestnuts, sliced thin
  • 1 package of 250 g wan tun wraps (60 units)
  • 5 cups of chicken or meat broth
  • 4 spring onions, in very thin slices, for garrison
Instructions
  1. Soak the mushrooms in hot water by covering them for 30 minutes. Drain and remove excess liquid by gently squeezing the mushrooms, Remove stems and fine-pick caps. Mix the mushrooms well, the pig, the prawns, Salt, soy, sesame oil. the spring onion, ginger and water chestnuts.

Remove the wan tun from the water with a foamer and place them in a bowl to serve them. Attach them with the leftover spring onion and pour in the broth that will have been simmering. Serve it immediately.
Notes
  • Wan tun can be prepared 1 day before until the passage 3; keep them covered in the fridge Strain them before serving them. Variation: replace the ingredients in the filling with other seafood or meats.
