  • 6 cups fish stock.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 teaspoons of soy.
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • 2 teaspoons salt.
  • 1 sprig of parsley.
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger.
  1. Boil fish broth with cornstarch previously dissolved in a little cold water, salt and soy sauce.
  2. Reduce flame and simmer slowly.
  3. Beat the eggs until they are well fluffy.
  4. Pour the eggs beaten in a colander placed over the pan of broth and slowly fall through the strainer.
  5. Sprinkle with the parsley and ginger.
  6. Leave to cook for a few minutes and already we can serve our delicious Japanese soup.
