Today we bring you a recipe that comes from Japan, a rich Japanese soup. Stands out for the flavor that takes the fish broth and parsley and Ginger flavoring.

Ingredients
- 6 cups fish stock.
- 3 eggs.
- 2 teaspoons of soy.
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- 1 sprig of parsley.
- 1 pinch of ground ginger.
Instructions
- Boil fish broth with cornstarch previously dissolved in a little cold water, salt and soy sauce.
- Reduce flame and simmer slowly.
- Beat the eggs until they are well fluffy.
- Pour the eggs beaten in a colander placed over the pan of broth and slowly fall through the strainer.
- Sprinkle with the parsley and ginger.
- Leave to cook for a few minutes and already we can serve our delicious Japanese soup.
