  • 6 sobaos or a few slices of brioche
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon
  • 15 g of cocoa powder
  • 170 g of dark chocolate
  • 40 g sugar
  • 30 g of icing sugar
  • 20 cold liquid cream cl
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
  • raspberries
  • Mint
  1. Put in a saucepan 40 CL water, chopped chocolate, sugar and cocoa. Move until melted and let cool. Assemble the cream; add the icing sugar at the end. Reserve in the fridge.
  2. Trim the sobaos or brioche into smaller squares, brown them in a little melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
  3. Spread the cream and sliced bananas into individual bowls with a little lemon. Garnish with whipped cream, place the little sbao squares on top and decorate with a frambruesa and mint.
